Hard Surface Cleaning and Restoration
- Pre-Treatment - First we apply a deep cleaning solution that loosens up the dirt, grime, oils, and bacteria.
- Pressure - Contained high pressure water to penetrate the toughest areas. (Up to 3000 PSI)
- Heat - We use up to 280 degrees of heat.
- Vacuum - Our process removes the soil and dirty water off of your floors.
First we use a simple non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution to agitate the dirt that’s ingrained into the floor (that’s why mopping never removes it, allowing it to build up over time).
We then use our patented floor tool that applies heated water at just the right pre-selected cleaning pressure in the Containing Dome – pre-selected at a level that precludes any damage. At the same time the water is being applied, it’s also vacuum-extracted at 5 gallons per minute, leaving the surface almost completely dry.
Why waste more time and effort "trying" to clean your hard surfaces the old fashioned way? We offer fast, effective, and affordable solutions that work on any hard surface: natural stone; travertine; brick; concrete; and stucco. We can do it all - vertical or horizontal.
Our specialty is cleaning tile and grout, but we can do much more. To your left is a list of additional surfaces we can clean with our specialized equipment.
Sealants are very important. They protect your floors from stains and dirt. They can add color to your floor so you see 'tile and grout' instead of 'grout and tile'. They can add shine and gloss to your slate or saltillo floors. They can add an enhanced wet look to your natural stones. There are many different ways to bring out the beauty in your tile and the natural stone in your home or business. This same beauty also protects your investment. Don't assume your builder sealed your floors. We can perform a quick test to determine if they have been sealed and then recommend options from which you can choose.
Clear Sealant - We can apply an excellent Clear Sealer that doesn’t alter the appearance. It penetrates deep into the grout forming a protective barrier. With regular cleaning, you can get out the grit, grime, grease and goop that accumulates before it penetrates too deeply. Spills will also clean off pretty well if you get them right away. This protectant can function well for a couple of years with regular maintenance cleaning.
Color Sealant – We can apply a Color Sealant on the grout lines that penetrates and encapsulates the granules and provides an almost impenetrable barrier against grit, grime, grease and goop as well as spills. Everything that falls on the floor remains on the surface and can be easily wiped off. This protectant can endure for 5–10 years with regular maintenance cleaning depending on the type of traffic on your floor.
