Chuck came to estimate to job and gave me a thorough explanation of the process involved and what outcome I could expect. My tiles are mismatched and some areas of grout are nearly blackened with grease looking stains that he said were, most likely, permanent but the grout color of my choice would cover and seal the grout, preventing future stains. I was not mislead into thinking that my tiles would look brand new but, rather refreshed and very clean. After he showed me before and after photos of other projects they have done and quoted me a very reasonable price, I accepted the bid.

The morning the project was scheduled, Marty and his partner arrived on time. I had moved the dining chairs and smaller pieces of furniture that might be in the way of their hoses as they had to pull through my living room to access the work areas. I need not have worried so much as they are very professional and working around furniture and protecting workspace is part of the job.
